Revolution is a highly productive, accurate and versatile system for turning printed sheets into cut and collated casino-quality playing cards or trading cards. It can handle stock from 100gsm to 500gsm, and from 500 x 500mm to 1020 x 720mm in size, creating finished items from 50 x 75mm up to 125 x 250mm. Typical running speed is 2,400 sph.

Autolay automatic image drift compensation ensures perfect registration to print every time, with a slit accuracy of +/- 0.05mm.

Quick set-up

Most settings are programmed and the majority of work can be run without blade changes, giving you the quickest turnaround between jobs and boosting your ROI.
