If you have a breakdown problem we promise to be on site (UK only) within 48 hour (next working day whenever possible) attendance for any problem with the equipment causing a disruption to production (parts not included), weekend servicing available at extra cost.
We can talk your technicians through the problem offering telephone support and video conferencing to reduce the need for site visits where possible.
