Rollem expanding team for future growth

Last month four new starters joined Rollem in Tankersley, Barnsley, the business has seen growth in 2017 particularly in its European markets and is anticipating an increased turnover this year.

The new appointments expand sales support and enable greater support on after sales services for new and existing customers.

Peter Kendall, 25 joins as Design Engineer, Peter has worked as a design engineer in the oil and gas industry for the last 7 years, which includes design of parts from the size of a football up to the size of football pitch!

Jason Pass, 45 joins as a Fitter, Jason previously worked at Rollem for 20 years before leaving to take over a pub which he ran for 4 years. He moved back into industry 2 years ago before re-joining Rollem at the beginning of June.

Carl Snape, 36 joins as a Machinist, Carl has over 18 years’ experience in similar roles. Paul Pazsek, also joins as Welder.

Rachel Murphy, 24 joins as Business Support Manager. Rachel has just graduated from Sheffield Hallam university with BA Hons Business and Marketing degree prior to university she ran her own business and has held other similar roles.

Rollem will be launching new and exciting products towards the end of 2017 and into early 2018 which will expand the range of market sectors and applications.
